In preparation for the inevitable demise of the third-party cookie, Samsonite was looking for a solution that would enable them to engage directly with their customers and prospects and thrive in a cookie-less world.

THE CHALLENGE

To do this, the Samsonite team honed in on capturing new leads and learning more about what was most important to their customers when making a purchase. In lockstep, Samsonite was also focused on improving key business metrics such as customer retention, increasing online conversion rates, and delivering a more personalized, relevant shopping experience to their customers.

THE SOLUTION

To bring their ambitions to life, Samsonite teamed up with Jebbit. The first step in their journey was going beyond just a name and email address and focusing on the information they needed to better understand them. Using Jebbit, Samsonite created a Product Match Quiz and put it on their website so that they could collect the zero-party data needed to build out more complete customer profiles.

THE RESULTS

Samsonite’s on-site Jebbit Product Match Quiz yielded the below results:

  • 58% of website visitors who clicked on the quiz engaged.
  • 60% of users who started the quiz completed it.
  • 50% of uses who completed the quiz clicked-through to shop their recommended products from the quiz.
