Vegamour wanted to provide a more personal and relevant shopping experience for their website visitors, one that enabled them to tailor unique user journeys by helping them efficiently find the products best suited for them. Enhancing the on-site experience and personalizing the path to purchase was a key initiative for the brand. 


Vegamour used Jebbit’s Zero-Party Data Platform to build a unique, 5-step Product Recommendation Quiz that educated consumers about the value of their products by asking questions to better understand their hair types. To complement the educational component of their quiz, they were also able to use the information provided by consumers to serve them with the most relevant hair care products for them. 

              By leveraging Jebbit’s no-code platform to also to A/B test their experience, Vegamour quickly uncovered that adding additional steps to their quiz actually led to higher online conversion rates. Now, with their long form quiz of 17 questions that they were able to develop using measurable insights, they are able to learn even more about their customers and accordingly, better cater to their unique and personal needs. 


Once embedding their  17 question hair care Product Match quiz on their website, Vegamour saw:

  • 81% of users engaged with the quiz.
  • 89% of users completed the quiz.
  • 52% of users who complete the quiz will subsequently submit their lead information, yielding net-new leads to file, enriched with zero-party data.

Vegamour sends the zero-party data they collect with their Jebbit quiz directly into Klaviyo, enabling them to orchestrate personalized messaging, retargeting and ongoing cross-channel engagement.
