In 2018, Bliss relaunched into the masstige space in partnership with Target, a fan favorite beauty destination, with a focus on today’s Gen Z and Millennial beauty consumers. The Bliss team quickly learned that to better engage with this new demographic they needed to understand these consumers’ intentions, motivations, & desires. With this information in hand, Bliss could provide a level of personalization that would turn potential buyers into lifelong customers.
