The New England Revolution, a premiere Major League Soccer club, use Jebbit to create mobile fan experiences.
Their target audience is mobile-first young adults, so the Revolution need to get mobile content out to their fans as quickly as possible. With Jebbit, they continually launch interactive videos, fan voting, personality quizzes, and team trivia via their social channels and website.
In the last year, the Revolution have seen an average of 94% of fans who start Jebbit experiences complete them.
Once someone has engaged with the Revolution’s Jebbit experiences, the team finds they bring a higher lifetime value.
“What I like so much about the Jebbit data is after someone has engaged with us, we already have our hooks into them,” said Cathal Conlon, VP of Marketing. “Those customers we can prioritize over someone who just clicked a banner ad or something fleeting like that. They’ve already invested time in us and we can help take them through the cycle and get them into our stadium.”
